Continuing BSE’s approach of continuous development and ongoing enhancement of our systems, we present the key additions, modifications, and developments implemented in the new release of SafeERP Ver 6.0:
• New Interface and Design for SafeERP Ver 6.0: The system has undergone comprehensive and fundamental development in its interface and user experience design, including a complete redesign of the system’s visual interface.
• Company Navigation Control: A feature has been added to allow changing the company from the system’s main interface according to the user’s permissions at the company level.
• Most Used Screens: The system automatically detects the 5 screens most frequently used by the user and displays them automatically on the main interface.
• Identity Verification and Authorization Management System:
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA/2FA).
- Password Expiration.
- Password Complexity.
• New additions within the General Ledger module, such as: Printing detailed account statements – Printing a detailed account statement including all entries.
• Fixed Assets – FAS Dashboard.
• Adding a dedicated section for “Asset Notifications,” which includes numerical indications for each of the following: (Unapproved Purchased Assets – Incomplete Added Assets – Expired Documents – Documents Within Renewal Grace Period).
• Additions within the “Asset Categories” screen, including:
- A dedicated section explaining the “Fixed Asset Number” – “Serial Asset Number” – “Full Asset Number.”
- A dedicated section for “Asset Types,” in which assets are grouped into 6 specific categories: Land – Buildings – Machines – Vehicles – Electrical Equipment – Computers.
• Adding new screens under the “Asset Definitions” menu: “Efficiency Rating” screen – “Brand/Manufacturer” screen – “Request Types” screen.
• Additions within the “Assets” screen, including:
- A dedicated section for efficiency to display the details related to the asset’s efficiency.
- A dedicated section for the “Specifications” of the asset category.
• Fixed Assets System – Additional Features Available Upon Request for Activation:
- Adding a new screen to transfer an asset from one employee to another employee, from an employee to a warehouse, or from a warehouse to an employee, with documentation of the asset’s condition upon receipt.
- Adding a “Change Driver” screen, through which the vehicle driver can be changed or the vehicle can be returned to the workshop.
- Adding a dedicated section for employee data within the “Assets” screen to track the assignment of assets to current employees within the screen.
- Adding an “Employee Transfers” section within the “Assets” screen, which serves as a record of asset transfers between employees.
- Printing an Asset Card containing all asset data.
- Adding a “Violations” screen for recording and managing traffic violations related to company vehicles.
- Adding a “Financial Requests” screen for recording all financial requests related to the company’s administrative and service activities.
- Adding an “Employees” screen for adding and defining employees and attaching the employee’s documents.
- Adding a “Job Categories” screen for defining job categories within the company.
- Adding a “Jobs” screen for defining the main jobs within the company.
- Adding an archiving system within SafeERP V6, which allows documents to be attached to all transactions, as well as images and PDF files.
