About Egyptian Electronic Invoice

BSE's Egyptian e-invoice system lets companies issue tax-compliant digital invoices straight from their BSE ERP, in line with Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) decision No. 518 of 2020. It replaces paper invoices with a validated digital invoice system connected directly to the ETA platform.

How it works

  • Direct issuance of invoices to ETA specifications from within your BSE systems
  • Automatic registration of each document on the Tax Authority platform
  • Built-in validation so invoices meet ETA format and signing rules before submission
  • One database shared with your finance and daily operations — no re-keying

Because e-invoicing runs inside the same finance solutions that manage your ledger and inventory, compliance becomes part of normal daily operations rather than a separate task.

Target Customer

Who Is This For?

  • Egyptian SMBs newly registered for VAT after the EGP 250 000 threshold drop
  • Mid-sized distributors and manufacturers required to enroll in ETA Phase 2 and later waves
  • Multinationals with Egyptian entities needing centralized e-invoice integration
  • Accounting firms supporting clients through ETA enrollment and ongoing compliance
