Safe Pack 5.1 updates introduces new additions and features that make the system easier to use. These enhancements include new financial reports, the completion of the Purchasing cycle, as well as cheque printing. The new updates are as follows:
• Print After Save: Added a print button to all transaction screens for immediate printing after saving.
• Comparative Financial Reports: Added a new "Comparative Financial Reports" report under the "Advanced Financial Functions" menu.
• Extended Purchasing Cycle: Added a set of screens for "Supplier Quotation Requests" – "Quotation Entry" – "Quotation Comparison" – "Purchase Order Issuance" to complete the full purchasing cycle.
• Check Printing (Payments): Automatic printing of bank checks through the system, based on payment voucher or cash disbursement data.
• Delete Button in Activity Units Screen: Allows deletion of unused activity units.
